The rules for off-payroll workers will be changing on 6th April 2021, but will you be ready for them? In this Outsourced Employment talk, Adam Holby will discuss the upcoming changes to the IR35 regulations.

Delayed until next year as businesses contend with the COVID-19 crisis, the extension will be much-needed by many as they get to grips with becoming IR35-compliant. The new regulations will have a huge impact on those businesses supplying contractors into medium and large-sized end-hirers and will see responsibility for correctly assessing the tax status of contractors now shifted from the worker onto the end-hirer and agency.

With the onus now entirely on the organisations to ensure their contractors’ and outsourced workers’ working arrangements are compliant, Adam will be sharing the hurdles to overcome, benefits and legitimate practices to make the most out of the forthcoming new world of outsourced employment.
