Membership Terms & Conditions

MembersOnly HQ Ltd (Co No 11615268) is an exclusive network (‘Network’) of recruitment agency leaders and other industry figures (‘Members’ and ‘Member’)

‘Website’ refers to the official ‘Network’ website www.membersonlyhq.com 

Membership Options & Payment Details

There are two types of membership, benefits of which can be found via the Website in ‘Membership’.

1. Executive Membership

Annual subscription via a one-off debit or credit card payment, payable via the Website payment portal. Membership commences on the date of payment and automatically renews every twelve months thereafter. 

This recurring payment can be cancelled anytime by the Member.

2. Premium Membership

Annual subscription via monthly recurring debit/credit card payments, payable via the Website payment portal, or an otherwise agreed Standing Order. Membership commences on the date of the first payment and automatically renews monthly thereafter. 

Membership cannot be cancelled within the first twelve months, unless agreed otherwise by the Network. In the event of unauthorised payment cancellation, the residual amount will be due within 10 working days, as a one-off cancellation payment.

Membership will automatically continue beyond the first twelve-month period, unless payment is cancelled by the Member before the thirteenth payment is due.

Except in the case of unforeseen business bankruptcy, administration or liquidation, the Network reserves the right to undertake appropriate legal action to recover any lost fees, in accordance with these Terms.
